The New York Times Double-think Economy

Listening to the Times podcast “The Bad Vibes Around a Good Economy” (Nov 30). we were mightily impressed at how our beloved president’s economic policies have ushered in new boom times and lifted the downtrodden. According to the DNC, the Biden crime syndicate is the next best thing since FDR’s new deal. The Hope and Strange Schizo-o-crats are so proud! "Latest GDP Growth Shows the Economy Booming Under Biden, Far Outpacing Trump’s Record".  But, the Times can’t figure out why the poor folk in fly-over country are not so ecstatic over their new found gains: ingrates
Listening to Times podcasters is like a lesson in Orwellian doublespeak; euphemisms, jargon, vagueness, intentional omission, misdirection, and idiomatic nonsense. The disembodied voices of, Dumb and Dumber, just don’t get it, or worse, perhaps they do. What is Schizophrenia for $200, Alex,   Consumer Confidence Sees Another Dip in September (& October & November). How could it be: the economy is booming but the rabble are starting to roam the villages with pitchforks in hand?!?
What is it that these artificially intelligent disembodied voices want you to believe?  Is it how stupid the single mother is, who’s paying three dollars for last year’s two dollar bottle of milk.  Or could they be asking, why the Trump deranged are not happy about paying 46.7 % more this year for their one bedroom NY apartment cubbyholes.  Even the prisoners of Democrat ghettos are unhappy:  Mad Dog Purple Rain goes for nearly five bucks a jug.
It’s the inflation, stupid. Inflation was so bad last year that real household income tumbled the most in 12 years, causing families severe economic pain.
